You can add a property directly from your dashboard by clicking “Add Property” and completing the required fields. The more details and high-quality photos you include, the better your property will perform.
2. Why is my property not visible yet?
After submitting a new listing, it may take up to 3 hours for it to appear. Our team reviews every property to ensure it meets our quality and verification standards.
3. Do you verify every property?
Yes. To maintain platform quality and prevent fraud, all properties go through a verification process which typically takes up to 3 hours.
4. Why are the changes I made not visible yet?
Any edits to your listing may also take up to 3 hours to appear, as they are reviewed for accuracy and consistency.
5. How will I know when my property is approved?
You will receive an email notification once your property has passed verification and is live on the platform.
Managing Properties
6. Can I edit or delete my property later?
Yes. You can edit or remove your listing at any time from the “Approved Properties” section of your dashboard. Please note that edits may require up to 3 hours for approval.
Delete button is available when you click edit button on your property.
7. Can I pause or deactivate a property temporarily?
Yes. You can mark a property as inactive, and it will remain hidden until you choose to reactivate it.
8. How do I update rental price or availability?
Go to Approved Properties → Edit, adjust the necessary fields, and submit. Changes will be reviewed and published within 3 hours.
Photos & Listing Quality
9. What kind of photos should I upload?
Use high-quality, well-lit images that clearly show each room and feature. Listings with strong photos receive significantly more attention from potential tenants. You can add maximum 15 photos. The size of the photo you upload cannot exceed 5 MB.
Account & Billing
10. How much does it cost?
Access to the landlord module costs £5 as a one time cost which includes unlimited usage of all features. You can add unlimited properties at no extra cost.
11. How many properties can I add?
There is no limit. With your £5 plan, you can add unlimited properties from a single account.
12. Can I list properties in different cities?
Yes. You can list properties from any location within the same country. There are no geographic restrictions.

Tenants can reach you based on the contact preference you choose—either by phone or email.
14. How do I contact support if I need help?
