When signing up, you were asked to create a password. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by following these steps:
- Click on the account icon at the top right of the screen
- Select “Sign in”

In the pop-up window, click “Forgot password”
- Enter your email address
- You will then receive an email containing a link to reset your password
Another possibility is that you may have registered on a different Rentola website. Please ensure that you're trying to log in on the correct website. Look at the extension of the email you received, it could be rentola.com.tr.tr, or another brand like rentola.fr.
