You can cancel your subscription after 24 hours from the time it was started by following the steps below:
Sign in to your account. If you have forgotten your login details, please refer to this article for help: I can't log in, why is that?
Click on the profile icon in the top right corner of the page, then select “Membership”
On the Membership page, click “Cancel subscription”
Once your subscription has been cancelled, you will receive a confirmation email within 10 minutes.
Please note that you will not receive this email if you have unsubscribed from our email communications.
