To view the landlord’s contact information in a listing, you must be logged in and have an active Premium subscription. Premium members have access to the landlord’s contact details directly on the listing page.
If you already have an active subscription but cannot see the contact information, please first make sure that you are logged in. Your login details were sent to you by email when you created your account.
If you cannot find your login details, you can reset your password by clicking “Forgot password” in the login box and following the instructions.
If you do not yet have a subscription, you can easily create one by following the steps under “Starting a Premium subscription” below.
Once you have a Premium subscription, you can contact landlords directly from the listings by clicking the green contact button.
Premium membership starts with a trial period at a reduced introductory price and then renews automatically at the standard rate for each subscription period until you choose to cancel.
Starting a Premium subscription
Go to the home page
Click on the menu icon (three lines) in the top right corner
Select “Sign up”
Go to Profile and then Membership
Upgrade to a Premium subscription
