We take great care to verify the legitimacy of all listings on our website. However, if you come across a listing that seems suspicious, we encourage you to report it directly to us.
A listing may be reported for several reasons, for example if you believe it is fake, if there are clear errors in the description or price, or if the landlord’s information appears to be incorrect.
To report a listing, you must be on the page of the listing you are concerned about. On the right-hand side of the page, below the “Contact landlord” button, you will see the text:
“Any concerns about this listing? Report it to our team.”.
Click this text to submit your report. Once submitted, our team will review and investigate the listing.
