If you have been charged by Rentola, it means that your payment details were registered and that an active service is linked to an account. We do not charge customers without an active subscription.
To identify which account this is, please search for “Rentola” in your email inbox. Make sure to also check your Spam or Junk folder. You will most likely find a welcome email from us containing the login details for your account.
It is also possible that the subscription was created on a different Rentola website than the one you previously tried to log in to. Please check the website extension carefully, as it may be .com.tr.tr, .nl, .be, or another local domain.
