At Rentola, we offer a trial period so you can explore the platform and decide whether it meets your needs before committing to a full subscription.
As stated in our Terms and Conditions, subscriptions automatically renew unless they are cancelled before the renewal date. You can manage your subscription at any time by logging into your account and visiting the Membership page.
Once a subscription has renewed, charges related to late cancellations or dissatisfaction after renewal are non-refundable.
I forgot to cancel, what should I do?
What happens if I forget to cancel my trial?
If you do not cancel your subscription during the trial period, it will automatically renew at the price set for the following subscription period, and you will be charged accordingly.
What happens if I forget to cancel my Premium subscription?
